Last month I travelled to GOA for vacation with my friends from Hyderabad.We travelled in a private Bus from Hyderabad to Goa and while returning we booked flight tickets in TRUJET Airlines.We enjoyed our vacation in Goa and started our return journey to Hyderabad.
We booked our return tickets in Trujet and our woes just started from the booking itself.The prices were somewhat higher than other airlines in domestic circuit so we thought that the higher prices would be just or much more good service so we were expecting a good time in the flight.
"NEVER PUNCTUAL":
That was my first light experience ever so I was a really Excited about the journey.We entered the GOA Airport and rushed to the check-in counter as we were a bit late.The check-in counter staff were not responding well.They didnt answer me patiently at all.So we checked-in and waited for the flight but it was a very long wait for us fot the flight.The flight started almost 2hours post the scheduled departure.The airlines dont maintain punctuality at all.
"CONGESTED SEATING SPACE":
Atlast we started our journey in the flight and I was awestrucked to see the seats.The seats are literally very congested we cant even sit properly.The seats are very uncomortable and I was counting the time for the flight to land.My legs were stuck and felt uncomfortable for 2days.
"RUDE STAFF AND POOR SERVICE":
The staff are very rude I asked them water but they didnt respond for almost 30minutes so I lost temper and yelled at them but they dont even care minding me.They are selling eatables for very high price.They only care about selling of their goods and not at all caring or the passengers.
Trujet is the worst Domestic Airlines in India never punctual rude staff and uncomfortable seating and overall a hell o a flight experience.Never travel in this airlines.
