Trimax It infrastructure & services Ltd. Is average company. Salay is transfered after 15 may be it crosses 20. Earlier Company transfered salary on 7th of every month. But from last 3 years salary id transfered after 15. I had worked with this company almost 8 years.i have enjoyed six years in this comapany.
But last 2 years are not good. But last 8th year is horrable. I do like this company because of first six years. In case of last year I didn't like the company but overall I spent 8 years.
In last year management did not hear the voice of engineers. They just faith on their managers.
