Few days back, my friend was in Bangalore for his business trip. One day while going to the office, his newly purchased Hyundai car was stopped. He went to the Trident Automobile center and it was really a bad experience for him as their staff is totally non supportive.
They promised him to deliver the vehicle within 3 days. But as usual after 4 days they told that the service was still pending, the result is that his entire schedule was disturbed. It is truly an irresponsible company; neither the staff is available 24*7 hours nor provides best services as mentioned in the TV ad of the company. So, if you are looking for a company for your car servicing, please do not choose Trident Automobile.
