Just purchased a Getz from the dealer.
I now realize that I made a mistake by not thoroughly checking the quality of accessories provided by the dealer as part of the deal. The sunfilm has scratches and bubbles, and the Sony stereo switches off on its own when it likes. The Xenos central locking had to replaced the very next day of purchase. I have not been provided with the manual/warranty card of the music system.
The struggle to get these things rectified goes on...... This despite the dealer claiming before the sale that we assure you of good service after the sale.
Suggestion to those who would go through this dealer (as Hyundai has only two dealers in the entire city of Bangalore):
- check the quality accessories before car handover and refuse the handover if not satisfied.
