I am writing this post to share what happened with me and how I was treated when I bought a new DATSUN GO car from TREO NISSAN and the address is Plot No. A 2/9, Arica Avenue, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi, 110029.
I got the car on 18 JULY around 7 PM it was already dark so I was not able to check the car and took the delivery but after 2 days when my husband and I were going out and parked our car we saw that our front bumper was coming out when my husband checked he noticed that the clips of the bumper were broken and from here our problems started which I would like to highlight:
1)They Gave us a car with broken bumper.
2) The Driver side door was also out it was not aligned.
3) All the doors were making noise which was because the door rubbers were old which was not replaced.
4) The cars engine vibrated a lot for which they said it would get well by time.
Most importantly they gave us a car which was manufactured in 2015 and told us it is a brand new car and you would get discount but the fact was that they had a test drive car which they gave us, we know this because when we asked them for a specific colour they said that its not available as they had only one car in that colour which they were using as a test drive car and the next day LALIT TANDON who is the (CORPORATE SALES MANAGER) called us and told us that they had 1 more car available in the same colour but 2015 model so we said ok to it.
This was our biggest mistake as now we are sure that they gave us the Test Drive Car.Later on they told us that the car will cost you 4,37000 out of which they will give us a discount of 25000 and the car will cost us 4,12000 plus 5000 for the jaguar grills and roof rails along with crome side mirrors and Mr Tandon asured us that he will give us the parking sensors and system for free but when they gave us the bill they charged us for everything in the CAR Cost which cannot be as the accessories were free.Its been 2 months and all the problems we had with the car were never taken care of and since last 2 weeks the car is in the showroom and whenever we call them they tell us that they will give the car the next day which never came.We requested them that since day 2 we are facing so many issues with the car please give us a different car but the answer was no every week we used to go there and request them to fix something or the other.
Today we again went there to check about our car and as the employs saw me they started laughung at me, I was so embarrassed and humiliated.The stress and mental pressure that I am going through after buying this car is too much.
I have the call recording between my son and Mr Tandon in which he is agreeing that the car had a lot of faults. We can also prove that few of the cars parts are re painted.
Our car colour is BLUE but on the RC they have mentioned it as White.
I dont know who is at fault but I would blame this entirely on 2 people
1) Sharik (the sales rep)
2) Lalit Tandon (corporate manager)
the staff is also not helpfull as one of the employ even shouted at me even after knowing that we are coming almost every week.
