Delivery: I recently bought a pair of shoe and belt and it has been delivered little longer than expected time.
Quality: Quality of the product seems good at first glance
Durability: After wearing a couple of days I noticed a stain and the thread used to stitch the shoe came out
Support: Approached after guarantee period since the product is so expensive and they agreed for refund.
Great! Trendin told they arranged reverse shipment and will collect the defective product within 24 hours which never happened.
After raising the issue several times they asked me send the defective product on my own and I have sent. There has been no or no proper response for number of repeated emails and phone calls.
One of the pathetic service I have ever experienced.
Though I had sent shipment details and delivery proof they are still claiming the the parcel did not reach their warehouse. Advice: Never, every buy products of these kind online.
