It was really long ago wen I went to chatissgarh...and had a sudden trekking on a beautiful mountain!!..one of the best mountains to climb on ever the best part of trekking is that it is really exhilarating and the pleasure you get wen u reach the top is awesome!....the best thing is tat it is a all round fitness sport!!..i just love the feeling wen you do something as grueling as this...
it is said that u increase you in-durance..and the best thing is that when you go away from pollution and go to remote place for trekking you imbibe all the fresh air and remove all toxins from ur body!
Besides weight loss, hiking and trekking also help in reducing elevated blood pressure, preventing onset of osteoporosis, alleviating the pain caused due to arthritis, relieving backaches, slowing down the aging process, improving mental health, and preventing diabetes.
so go for trekking and be healthy!! and yes enjoy the nature when you have time!!!
