Very bad. Review on Traveltriangle

I had booked my trip through travel triangle.com for munnar(kerela)  with family. they had given us information that they had booked a 3 star hotel for us but when we reached there it was 2 star hotel and they took money in advance so I had called to mr. pankaj from delhi who booked our tickets he did not talked with me properly and cut my call and blocked my number too they booked hotel in remote areas of munnar it wasted my full day in reaching till hotel then coming to taxi that taxi which they had booked driver was so uncooperative he was not ready to stop vehicle anywhere and forcing us to go for body massage and when we did not go there driver was shouting on us but at last we came to know that driver is getting commission from massage parlor and from kathakali dancers and from spice gardens and from elephant parks so it was totally money waste for us because we were not able to see sights because of drivers behavior and full day was taking to reach to the room so we could not see any places, so I think people who are going to munnar they should book tour from some local travel agency because they know how much time is needing to reach at which destination.
