There is no security regarding the services which has been claimed by the travel agent from travel triangle. Agents try to fool by adding many things in quotation(Services) and the services will be worst and travel triangle team doesn't care about these services even after complaining. They care only about travel agents since they are getting huge commissions from them.
Last year we booked 3-day tour to Goa. My request id 972083 They charged around 25k for Hotel and sightseeing. When I was confirming hotel I requested him to show pictures.
They booked Golden Suites and Spa. When I enquired about hotel they told me its a 4 star property
Once we reached our hotel. It was not even 3-star property. It was kind of Lodge where the person can own 1 Bhk with Kitchen(locked) and when I enquired about price hotel person showed me the bill of Rs 14000.
When I called Rahul Talwar from Areo hospitality. He rudely told “ Sir 25 hajar main main aap ko taj main rukane dunga”.
When we complained this Travel triangle there response was so casual and they are not bothered by my experience.
