An updated itenary was received just before we left for the trip(1 day before the travel) and in that not all the items in the initial itenary that was shared while the payment was made was delivered. There were multiple items that were missing. With such short time before travel, I had to follow up multiple times for itenary update and insite of that few were denied after I went to the destinations. I tried to call the agency from Singapore with regards to the issues that I faced due to 0 coordination between India and On-SIte team, the agency never called back or picked my call. The call was responded if I called from my husband's number for just once with the response that they would check and get back. And thats it, no one would get back after that irrespective of what you face in foreign lands. Additionally, from Singapore had sent multiple mails to agency with traveltriangle in loop and still nothing happens(0response mail received). Even the complimentary breakfast in Singaore that was part of Itenary was not provided on the checkout day. Due to all these bloody blunders by the agency, I had to bear additional expenses which is not being returned as well. The whole purpose of taking the package and paying additional amount to have a relaxed and tension free vacation was ruined for me. Thanks to the agency. Very unprofessional. No clear guidance. Don't understand the sentiments of the travellers. Very poor. I would hate to book or contact them again.
