Beware of Travelport. Review on Travelport, Mumbai

Please dont fall in trap of complimentary holiday vouchers issued especially by Travelport.

Travelport is infamous for not honouring their commitments & have recently gone through harrowing times from them. Travelport is renowned in hotels across India in not paying them in time & thus these hotels refuse to accept service vouchers issued by Travelport. Travellers are at the last minute are left helpess & end up fighting with Hotel staff ruining their holiday mood.Hotel staff have informed that they are not to be blamed as Travelport follows practise of issuing service vouchers without confirming with the hotels & never pay them on time for hotels to honour such service vouchers.Again.....BEWARE OF TRAVELPORT

You are left stranded at such point & keep calling Travelport offices & what you get it no response & absolutely no help to sail through such problems. Even after providing them sufficient time & options to choose from the list of Hotels to book, you never get your prefered dates or hotels & they always force us to change our plans. also during week-ends they never allow such bookings to be done & its not mentioned anywhere that we can not book for these hotels on week-ends. so again cheating on their front.

Even if you wish to cancel after getting such horrendous service from them, refund takes hell lot of time & you end up spending more amount than you have paid for booking such holiday. Travelport really sucks.
