The so called (Great Deals Always) Travelguru takes money from credit cards and cash on delivery but they dont send any information to hotel, wasting our money to spend for another room and they dont refund our money playing all cheap tricks and feel humiliated. When I called up the customer care they make us wait till 10 minutes to find details there by incurring huge std charges as their toll free number doesn't work.
These travelguru people dont have good relationships with the hotel workers thereby having communication gap.When My guests visited the hotel which I made through online booking. My guests were told that they dint receive any voucher or information .So my guests had to stay in different hotel..paying again for their stay.When I called them they asked to send scanned copies of the hotel where my guests stayed .I did that.later they speak on behalf of the hotel and support him that we've e-mailed to hotel owner the details.
