I booked with travelguru and got confirmation mail, but hotel is stating rooms are not available. Luckily I realised before the journey and made alternative arrangements.
All of you note that your booking is not confirmed unless the hotel authorities say it is confirmed.
This is the worst experience and I paid money and waiting for the full refund. Booking ID MOTG0001853456, date of booking 22nd Jan 2015.
