Best deals on hotels in comparison to their competitors. Extremely professional. Excellent customer service and highly customer oriented.
What I loved the most when I called them is the fact that they weren't pushy at all and helped me choose a location and hotel to my liking. The agent(Ridhi) who answered my call was very patient and gave me all the time to decide and took me through various travel destinations. I got a deal for Rs.1000 less than what the competitor website quoted for the same hotel.
I was planning a trip for my Anniversary. Since I was planning this travel in the last minute and was supposed to travel the very next day, I was perplexed and not able to make a decision on the hotel or even the destination for that matter. I tried a search in Google for hotels in Kabini. After a little research I came across Travel Guru website with the list of hotels in Kabini with some really attractive offers. I immediately called them up to find out more. Since I needed a booking for the very next day, naturally the rooms weren't available. I was suggested Kovalam and a beautiful property in it. I am so glad that I called them and took their suggestion because my trip was everything myself and my wife wanted.
