Unethical Business Practice on Booking Airtickets. Review on Travelchacha

The Business Process for Booking Airticket on Travelchacha is completely illogical and the way they treat customers is unethical. I bought a ticket for Hyd-Cocihn, while I purchased the ticket, I received a message that the ticket is not confirmed and I will have to pay any amount based on the change in price while their system completes the booking.

They gave me ticket at a Rs. 200/- discount than other sites, but later they jacked up the price by Rs. 2000/- due to which I cancelled the ticket. They offered 100% refund since I decided not to buy the ticket as per their policy.

Ideally, as I have not bought the ticket at all and declined to take the higher price, they should not be charging my credit card or they should give me the refund on the same day when I cancelled the booking.

I am following up with them to get the refund and the way they do business is illogical and unethical. They should not be charging my card when I decline the purchase.

I suggest atmost caution to all customers who try to purchase ticket from this site.
