We had got Travel Port Holiday Vouchers and had chosen to visit Munnar on a particular date. The Hotel bookings were confirmed and we had got the confirmation voucher from Travel Port.
But due to unavoidable circumstances, we were not able to go on the specified dates and so we had asked for postponement. They initially said if there is availability in the hotel where they have booked, then postponement is allowed. But, when we said the dates, they said there was no Hotel availability. Then we had proposed another date which was a weekday and NOT a Peak holiday also. Still the people were really speaking strict rules and regulations and did not help us to postpone our travel. So, our money whatever we had paid with Travel Port had gone for a waste.
In the human life, everybody will have unavoidable circumstances and so strict rules and regulations for not allowing postponement of travel is very very unacceptable.
So, guys, try not to purchase TravelPort Holiday Vouchers.
