I purchase IRCTC agent id from traveliq on Friday 22-04-2022 and paid full registration amount. My Agent Id is itrvliq03332. Last night I tried to login but was unable due to OTP Expired for my agent id. This morning I messaged on whatsapp team with a screenshot and they told me that I have to pay OTP renewal fee of Rs. 1200/- for 1 year. They did not tell me that if otp expired I have to pay the charge while I purchasing their services. I requested to cancel my Agent Id ASAP. Be aware before purchasing agent id.
