Why this particular company's service?
Searched for lot of companies and found "Transworld Packers and Movers(P)ltd" to be having Good Quality of communication, analysis and costing of the good to be transported.
And as they informed about how they are going to transport each object from my home to truck to the destination
Validate the Packers and Movers:When I called the Packers and movers on the number mentioned on the site " transworldpackers.com" they took my request and also alerted me about the frauds going with the same name "Transworld".
Hence he told he will sent a person please check and ask for the ID and also take the analysis invoice form him, also a mail will be sent to your mail id. The same was followed and the analysis was done by them and a mail of analysis and costing for moving and packing was sent. Analysis of each object with the pricing of packing and moving was mentioned on the invoice.
Pro:
Service Qualtiy: Excellent. Good Transport time lines Followed: Yes Packing technology: Used Cartoons and cargo sheet material for packing and care was taken for fragrile materials using the Hard Plastic cartoon's.
Delivery: On time Delivered the goods and also arranged it as wanted at the destination site. Insurance is also covered for the goods to be transported. You dont have to travel with the goods.
Other Service's:
When inquired they also keep the house hold in their storage completelety Packed, if you are going out of town and wants to give your house on rent. which is a great facility.
Two types of Goods transport are available "Sharing" and "Individual". Sharing cost the low in pricing for transport but take high amount of time like 8 days. Individual cost high but amount of time take is at its minimum depending upon the distance.
Cons:
Some times the good gets damaged, but they overcome this by paying for it back the equal amount to repair it. Costing is a little bit high.
Personal Experience:
We wanted to shift my sisters home from Mumbai to banglore, my jijaji(Sister Husband) called them and asked for the same. The service was excellent and the analysis of goods was done by their person. Option of payment was their by online so we opted for online payment.
Payment had to be done at the time of shifting, or the day of shifitng when they load the Goods on to the Truck.Once Complete Goods got loaded they give us the Receipt of the Goods Loaded and ask for your PAN card and Address proof where to shift the Goods.
After 8 days the Delivery was done at the Bangalore place and the Goods was arranged by their service person.Our fridge door got damaged so we asked for the resolution for that and they paid for that. Rest the Experience was very good, we can track where the Goods are right now by calling them.
