In the past one year, I have utilized their services and listing down my experience. I have made a movement from bangalore-Jaipur and then Jaipur-Noida.
Pros:
With the quality being so low in India, probably they are the best amongst worst.
Good 2 layer packaging .With special containers for LCD, wooden additional frame for Fridge and Washing Machine.
better quality of Material overall.
Process was more professional .Assigning numbers for each part dissembled and packing them together.
trust me, one small pin, wooden block missed is a huge mess when it comes to Box Beds, furniture.
reached on Time.Both times. Noida movement was delayed by 6 Hours.
Sales person had completed his promise on kind of packing and time of packing
Every small item was packed inside a container box with Numbers On.
I would thank them for this painless movement both times.
Cons
They are very Expensive.
Packing is done real quick . Need to take pictures with item Numbers.
Vehicle movement is kind of tricky.They said, it is going to be loaded in a container the next day they took my car in Bangalore.Journey is almost 6-7 days but may take long.
However, reality is, it waits in their godown unless they get more cars for the container.
It was a pain to get real time updates from them on my car.Someone said, its in Gujarat, Some said, Mumbai, Pune etc etc.
No realtime GPS tracking.Not sure if they have it now.
Car was delivered in good condition.To my respite.
Labour is largely low skilled worker, not practical.Though they know their job of packing well, they lack common sense.
Like, when I was not looking, they packed my toiletries with Toilet cleaner and Toilet Brush.
Insurance is tricky again.I guess worst with others.No matter what amount you spend on insurance, to get back even a penny is difficult.
My bed Box and precious leather back was severly damaged.Cost would have been easy 20-30K.
But since you insure every part with an amount, I could claim only paltry 4.5 k.That too with multiple calls and email follow ups.
But the good thing is they paid.
They dont agree to assemble your box bed unless you insist.The carpenter arrives at his own sweet timing, making you wait and frown. Overall
They are probably the best with available lot.They still can train their labours on hygiene, and give them tools .
TV and AC installation/Un-installation must be supported in the same price.
Labours must stop asking for money every time they finish their work.Packed-Money, Unpacked-Money.
Good luck to them and thank you for your least damage and delays among the competitors.
