I had shifted my households goods from Delhi to Chandigarh by transworld packers and movers. I have received the broken cot, dining tables parts and chair are missing. All these things become useless completely and just kept at corner of a room now.
The executives of this company either do no pick up the call or give false commitment to visit at my place and settle down the matter. Its being now more than a week and I become fatigue by following them up. There was a insurance amount paid by me to safe time during transfer of goods, but they do not let me know the way to claim the amount even.
Help required in understanding the process to get claim. At the same time, I want to notify others to beware of getting services from transworld packers and movers. Infact these people are not real transworld company . There are many companies by similar name of transworld and people are using transworld name and conning people I think just to cheat customers like me they keep big companies name so we could get confused and get trapped, after I learnt my lesson let me tell you make sure that you use real companies . not duplicates . Beware Of Frauds
