All of the problems we had with this company are too numerous to list. Short list .Threatened to lose and/or break our belongings if we did not buy Insurance, where we din't need insurance to be done for our goods as it was short move from delhi to jaipur, and insurance is not mandatory .
But still they forced us to take insurance of 1 lakh rs though we din't get any policy . the goods did not reach till the 4th day and when asked to track . repeatedly claimed they could not track the shipment . And made no real attempt to do so .
Extremely poor customer service-no responses, incomplete responses, rude responses .Held goods hostage at the delivering end because we refused to pay in cash that to before unloading (which is super shady).Lost and damaged parts of my shipment.Shipment delayed by 3 days, and the location of it and its estimated delivery date was repeatedly misrepresented to us by the company, including a total lie at one point(they claimed they spoke to the driver bringing the shipment, but they never did-just made up a date and time apparently to pacify us) could go on for hours. Worst company ever.
Don't be fooled by all the good reviews(they might be planted many negetive reviews on this company says the same thing that transworld might be posting fake reviews . You'll be sorry if you go with this company.
