You can trust them. Review on Transworld Movers and Packers

I had used their service around 4 months back, but I just got time to provide their feedback. As this forum is a very good platform to share feedback, I thought I should give it back in this form.

Coming to my experience, TransWorld is very good in packing and moving house hold and valuable goods. I am impressed with them right from my first call to them. I had to move my house hold items from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Till I read the review in this forum, I was not aware of them. Once I called, I found that they are located very near to my residence in Bangalore.

Since I have already shifted to Hyd, I requested them to come for picking up my items on Sunday. They were happy to do so. They were on time with all the material required. Packing was excellent. They used lot of paper for cushioning and just used half the space in each carton box. Remaining space was stuffed with papers and also they covered everything in a polythene cover for water resistant. There were nearly 8 people and are very good at work.

They are all very generous at the material and used as much required. The movements of the items were good. They followed up with me very promptly through out the process. One GOOD thing is that they did not charge me even a rupee till my items reached Hyd (I know all other charge the full amount before delivery). And annoying thing is that I have to follow up with them to send me the bill and collect the money, as I have to produce the bill in my organization with in time :-) .

They came to my office and took the exact amount and were very polite. So I strongly strongly recommend for anyone to use their services. You can trust them. Just like in any story there is 'but' in my case too. They missed out few items in my Bangalore house, which I though missed in the transport. I called them few times to check their storage place and they are very responsive to verify, but they did not find anything (obviously). When the new tenants found them still in my house, I have to go and get them personally.
