We had booked a courier to USA thru this agency 2 times.
1st Time: - got a very rude shock about the payment transfer issue. told me to transfer to a personal ( savings) account including serive tax. After further dicussion, he agreed to send us current account details.
We had to send the materials thru this agency as they are the only agency who can send medicines to USA.
first time was a ok-type experience.
2nd time: - The same person Mr. Vaibhav was again wrong in conveying the amount.
Initially he conveyed us less amount & while billing / payment, his person told us a higher amount which was not even discussed.
"THEY ARE TOTALLY AN UNPROFESSIONALLY ORGANISED AGENCY".
