Transcend storejet 25h3b is a external harddisk.Recently one of my friend bought this item in snapdeal.It is cheap and best for storing data.The external harddisks are very sensitive.one month ago, my friends harddisk is throughout from his hands.
Then it is not working.Ut the transcend provoided the 1year warranty.Then my friend contacted the transcend customer care, they said that contact the nearest transcend store.Then store will provide the new harddisk for my friend.But he received a new item, but the harddisk is sensitive.In future also it may throughout from his hands, then also it will be damaged.
Now it has warranty.With warranty, he got a new harddisk.After one year, the warranty will be completed.After completion of one year, we cannot any customer care for issues.We can loss our money.But the main advantage with transcend external harddisk is portable.We can store large amount of data in a very small harddisk.And we can transfer the harddisk to anywhere.We need any data to store with us.We can store data in external harddisk and we can take away with us.And cost is also less compared to external harddisks.Internal harddisks are safety but costly.For middle class families, external harddisks are convenient and comfortable.
