The product for the cost and quality of music, it is good. The sound output of this device is amazing also the earphones are good better then most others. The built is also good, the construction is well defined and easy to use. The display is good. Only problem is that it hangs too much, when connecting to the computer for transferring of songs the device hangs. And the hang is endless. Then after restarting your device and thereafter selecting music it hangs again. I exchanged the device and honestly the services are good. But the new device stated the same problem. Some folders when I try to open, hangs indefinitely. Finally returned the product. So I would give it 2 stars only because of its hanging problems otherwise the device is good.
