I bought Transcend MP3 player and under warranty it stopped working. I have not got replacement/ rectification of my product even in three months.
For some MP3 player they offer 1 year warranty for others they offer 2 year warranty. When you ask for repair / replacement of the non-working unit they will say that there is no stock even in Taiwan. Here in Delhi office of their support partner it is mentioned that minimum repair/ replacement time for any Transcend product is 45 days.
Be careful while purchasing any Transcend product. You will not get advantages of warranty.
