I was using this pen drive since 1 year and it was working fine in 1 year but after 1 year it died when I removed the pendrive from pc without ejecting it. So I tried to call customer care for replacement but transcend service is so poor that I was not able to find any service center in my location, I even tried to call service centers but no one was responding.
From that time I learnt that to never buy a Transcend Product ever as its after sale service is very poor.
