BEWARE . Review on TransMove Packers and Movers

Following are the series of incidents that has happened post I choose this company for relocating my goods .

I was staying in Faridabad and recently moved to Chennai due to my work and below mentioned are the series of incidents that happened with me post I dealt with a Company (TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS) who promised to shift my goods safely .

I have written all the elements written to the same and now after so many days I am asking about my goods I have been threatened by them .

Please HELP SIR.

Below Mentioned are the series of False and Unprofessional activities that I encountered dealing with

TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS ( Regd)

· I went online to check for the Relocation companies who can assist for shifting my goods and my Car to Chennai from Faridabad. I registered myself and took a price quote from many companies. INCLUDING TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS.

· A Representative of TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS called me and requested for coming at my house to see actual goods and

· Vinay Chaudhary from the company came atmy house looked at all goods and car and gave me a price of INR 26500 on 5-5-2013, which I agreed on.

· I informed them that Car would go first and then my house hold goods.

· They came and picked up my car and gave me a receipt along with extra INR 2862 for the insurance. As per them the car with my own insurance is not covered at the time of transit , I agreed for the same and paid the price in cash . Also I paid 80% of the amount for the car transit through cheque and cash , which got cleared under the name of the company in 3 days .

· In the course I left Faridabad and came to Chennai, I was continuously following up on my car and always got days that..it is still on road and would reach in 2-3 days .

· For my house hold goods they were supposed to be picked up on 28th May , 27th May evening I received a call from the company ( Amit ) stating that they would not be able to pick up my goods because Vinay chaudhary has given wrong quote and if I want it to be done I need to pay INR 6000 more . I was shocked to hear this as I was in Chennai and my wife was alone to get this done. I negotiated the price for INR 3000 and asked them to pick up goods next day.

· Whole day my wife was waiting and finally in the late afternoon they came and started packing.

· Whole packing was done in a very unprofessional way BY TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS.

· They bough less cartoons and started dumping stuffs intentionally in the cartoons.

· At the time when we asked they said no issues it will be safe.

· The carrier they bought was very small mini and could not accommodate my goods.

· With multiple calls and request they went and came back again in the late evening for another pickup as 1st time whole goods were not picked up due to less space in the mini Carrier.

· My wife paid them(REPRESENTATIVE OF TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS) INR 15000 in cash as 80 % and rest 20 % was supposed to be paid on arrival.

· In the mean time I received my car . Which from initially no angle was looking like it was mine.

· They stole One BOSCH speaker from the tray and the Tyre in the boot space was replaced and a completely TORN tyre was kept along with the Bumper from the front got a little Hit .

· I called up Vinay Chaudhary , Amit and Mishra (who I got to know that is Owner of the company TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS ) they were absolutely pretending that nothing has happened and my car was like this only when I gave them .

· I spent INR 11000 on my car before I gave them ( Duly every issue was taken care off , Complete servicing was done through maruti Service station  )

· No one has helped me till now for my Car loss .

· When I received my house hold goods I was more shock to see that below mentioned things were missing

1. 2 Cartoons were completing ( Cartoon no 5 & 7 ) which had all my expensive crockery and all electronic items for Kitchen ,

5. Cooking cylinder was replaced with an empty Cylinder and with HP as I had Indane. · Again after multiple calls and request NO help has been received till now. Following are the names of the person involved with their Details.

Near – Radha Swami Hotel , Gurgoan 122001 IMPORTANT ELEMENTS TO SHARE ABOUT TRANS MOVE PACKERS & MOVERS

· Bills that I received for car they did not asked the money for.

· For House goods bills they asked money to make those bills and proofs.

· No copy was provided to us where we have a proof of what all they took as Sumit (Person who came to pick) said he has forgot to bring that book.

· No Insurance copy was provided to us even when money was taken for insurance of goods and car.

· Later they accepted that Inverter and Cooler is something that they forgot in Gurgoan and will come soon .

· Minimum of 200+ calls I have done to follow up.

· Some of goods are still in Faridabad as they said they cannot pick that up because of Height and they have to be challan.

· No one is taking an accountability for the same

· To add my wife and my Sis in law has started receiving prank calls from  different numbers and wee hours .

· Dealing with these people and company bought me a sheer monetary loss and Mental Trauma to me and my wife for last continous 1.5 Month.

· Now they have started new game of stating that Vinay Chaudhary has met with an accident however every time we calls he changes his voice and speak . Justice is what I am looking forward .
