I ordered'Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro' from Tradus website on 20th Jan 2014(Order ID: 12085247). I had to cancel the transaction due to some unavoidable situations, but to my bad luck, by the time I requested for a cancellation it was already dispatched by the seller.
When the product was delivered to me on 30th Jan 2014, I have returned the product in similar condition without even opening the Tradus package through Aramex service with AWB No. 40001136081.
Aramex started the shipment back to seller on 7th Feb 2014 and received at sellers end on 11th Feb 2014. Even after returning the product back to seller, they are very much reluctant to refund the amount back.
It has been almost 15 days where I have followed up every day through Tradus online portal to send a message but its of no use. I never got a call from either the seller or Tradus management on status of refund. This very annoying that Tradus dont have any customer contact to directly talk to the executive and get it resolved.
Hope this review will reach to Tradus and will be addressed soon.
