I ordered Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240 Smartphone (White).on 20 Sept. Order Id :- 10890952. It's a very sad situation for me. When I contact seller, from their side "courier sent on 23rd Sept 13 via first flight Order Id-O99100133269". From 28th Sep onward I am directly going to first flight Cochin godown regularly.
Because I ordered the product cash in advance.Product value is around 17, 000 INR. Amount debited from my account. So I am in a big trouble. You all know day by day mobile price also getting lower.
There is no customer care number. Every day I 'm sending mail to Tradus, Only getting auto reply from their side. So my personnel suggestion don't do any business with Tradus.

One of the Trades executive contacted me when I wrote on mouthshut on 15 sep and said within 24 hrs issue will be resolved. Now its 17 the Step , still no mails no calls from Trades team. Amount debited frm my account.
