I have ordered a Blue color shirt and the seller shipped a black one. I requested them to  replace/refund  the item. After 8 days I got a mail from tradus.in customtakeouter support and they told me to  return the product to this address.  Jitender Negi,  ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd, Pearl Building, Plot # 51, Sector - 32, Institutional Area, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana (India). After two weeks I received the same item which I sent. They didn't accept it and it returned  to me again( I lost another RS:100 for shipping).


Then I  contact support again via email and they told me that they will arrange a reverse pick-up. The next day I receive another mail from tradus.in  support team, they/seller are not able to arrange a reverse pick-up. So they told me to send it to another address.  I will lost another 100 for  the return shipping. I paid RS 319 for shirt. If I return this product,  I will have to pay total RS 200 for return shipping.  Total cost for a shirt will be 319+100+100=519.(I know it is small amount)


So do not purchase anything from tradus.in. NEVER and EVER.
