I am very much surprised how an e-commerce site like tradus.in runs without a customer service phone number. this is shameful. Let me share my story, I ordered a product to them on 15 December 2011, I didn't receive it till 21 december, so I emailed them, there was no reply.
I emailed them again on 23rd and 24th December and no response at all. I finally posted on their facebook channel https://facebook.com/tradusindia, they deleted my first 5 posts. Since I kept posting, and finally someone replied on post. The answer was, My order was cancelled on 22 December because product was not available.
Isn't that pathetic?
A product ordered on 15 december, goes out of stock without notice and on 22nd December the order gets cancelled without even notifying customer like myself.
There was no email, no call informing me the same. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't have a direct phone number on their site to address customer queries. The one good thing I did was , I asked for COD, so my money is safe.
NO contact us Page, on their about us page, they claim to have worldwide presence. It's all useless and baseless, they are misguiding the normal consumer.

See how this order was treated. Such insulting sites like tradus.in should be completed banned in india to protect the consumer rights.
