I have placed an order 10351524_01 of Micromax A116 mobile on Tradus site on 10-08-2013. My payment has been debited from my account but still 23-08-2013 I have not received the product and I am continuously mailing them but nobody is responding to my mails.
They are giving tracking number through red express but tracking number showing wrong when I am trying to track. I want to cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest.
