We regret the negative feedback shared about Tradus.com. Such experience at Tradus is very rare, however, we at Tradus, always ensure that customer’s are not penalized in any way. Our buyer protection policy always ensures that Customer’s are given an extraordinary treatment in terms of service and issue resolution.
We have a marketplace model in which seller's are allowed to sell products from their warehouse which sometimes are received in faulty condition but Our buyer protection policy always ensures that Customer’s are given an extraordinary treatment in terms of resolving the issue. Our Buyer protection manual is tilted completely in favour of the customer.
Additionally, we are also trying to improve our delivery process by having the best courier partners on board to ensure smooth and speedy delivery. There might be occasional hiccups on the way but we try to deliver it within time or instantly cancel the order. Tradus Marketplace is leaving no stones unturned to work out multiple features & benefits to delight you - Be it signing up multiple sellers to fight out the best price benefit for you or be it an efficient site with lot of self help tools to help you track the progress of your order & the order / product information, we are trying to enhance our user experience.
