I had 2-3 bad experiences with Tradus.com.
I bought few electronic items from tradus even after getting bad experience I went to them for new products which is the main mistake I did.
Initially I bought webcam from them which is costs of 550 rupees, it delivered almost 10+days after ordering, I had made multiple followups but they didnt respond properly to make my delivery faster. Which is really bad interms of customer satisfaction.
After getting 1st experince I again went to them for another product. Again same scene repeats this time they took 15 days to deliver my product. No response from customer care worst response no updates no calls nothing. To my luck I recived a defective piece, then I raised a complaint for return the product. Atlast they denied due to non avaialblity of pickup. Hence I never recommend people to use tradus
