I ordered: 12134556_01, Samsung I9082 mobile phone from Tradus on 26th Jan:

> Till date it has not been delivered.

> Courier returned as seller not submitted FORM 39 or some mandate documents.

> Seller not respond to queries.

> No Call Centre to hear query, online query system with very minimal options as per Tradus convenience.

> Claim the product as lowest online, but they have removed 2 free flip covers from the product to make it cheap, which cost around 600, which Flipkart & Homeshop18 are giving free.

> They charge for delivering Product, which is free on other sites.

> They charge for COD.

> Very Very poor information depth on Internet about product, keep it suspicious for customers.

I highly regret my decision of choosing Tradus.

Please also note that shipping charges are decided by the sellers taking into account a lot of factors like weight, location & serviceability etc. Our Team tried to reach you over the phone to explain the above details, however it was unanswered.
