I had previously ordered a t shirt for my bro which was delivered almost after 15 days, and their courier made a mistake by collecting money from my bro even after I had paid for it online.After shouting at the courier guy it got resolved.
Later I ordered a book for my sis which the seller bookaddacom cancelled, and they refunded.Again I took a chance with tradus and ordered a jewelry for myself..this time it was delivered on time.Again I took another chance and ordered another book. Now again its been 10 days and they have not dispatched it.I do not know what to do since their customer care also s*cks.
I think with tradus it depends on the seller.I will never order books again from tradus.com.
