Tradus feedback:
Slow in customer communication. I didn’t get Email response from them for a query I sent within 48 hours, But on 4th day – which is against what they say when you submit query form.
Order fulfilment is too slow. It took more than 48 hours for them to ship.
Enquiry about the shipment was not at all answered.
When I asked about the “Mouthshut rating” they seem like least bother about these reviews, and this is what their response.

You have no way to contact the seller (as in ebay), But Tradus just display seller names
Site experience is very poor. Usablity issues are more annoying. Out of stock items are listed only when you select the product and decide to order, which is disappointing. Disabling products from showing, it just a few lines of coding
Prices seems to be OK, I bought a product which is comparatively cheaper than other sites in India. But, it need not be the same for all the products
Overall experience not very good.
Will I recommend it? Well, It depends on the price and your tolerance to customer support. You can give a try if you find the price is absolutely low, and if customer support and shipment is fine to be slow with you.
I got the product in hand yesterday - its safe, came with original pack. Delivered the right product. It came from buytheprice.com, and I made an assumption, that they are all under the same management.
