I had ordered two products, one was Philips HP8200 hair dryer and other was Lakme lip love valentine velvet lipstick with order numbers 11730544 and 11792106 from different IDs. Both the orders were placed successfully and the seller had accepted the orders initially.
However, after 7-8 days after no solid response, first order with order number 11730544 got cancelled by itself and they started processing the refund. I just wasted my time waiting for them as I needed them urgently. Worst part, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER. So you are not able to contact them directly and remain in dark about what will happen when.
Now I see that there is an automatic cancellation request for the second order also has been raised, without intimating me anything. So, if I do not check it online and just wait for the product I am simply wasting my time? They should not list the product and commit if it is not available or if they can't fulfill. And what is the compensation for this delay and anxiety?
There is no compensation if this is related to any emotional factor related to gifting for any occasion, and we do not get the product at all! It just plays spoil sport in your plans.
This is not the way how it works. I do not trust their service anymore after these two incidents at quick succession. No response or any pro active action from their end. I am going to put all these in different social media to caution my friends and others.
Overall, very dissatisfied. Suggest to AVOID them. There are many other substitutes online, who provide better service.
