My sister send me rakhi through Track on Courier (Allahabad to Pune) on around 25th July 2012, today is 21st August 2012 & rakshabandhan has already passed 20 days back & still my courier is not delivered.
Customer care is very bad, is very bad, I called (Mumbai) several times, but no response.
In fact, I emailed also but still no reply, is TRACKON a courier company or what? Called shivaji nagar, pune office several times, they give number of some anil (Aundh) he says I have delivered your courier, but I havn't received yet. When I asked for POD (proof of delivery) number, they did not gave me that too. I only trust on Bluedart, DTDC, & First Flight.
This is first & worst experience from Track on couriers pvt ltd..
