Never use the Untruthful trackon courier(Rude/Liar)
At the time of taking the consignment these people promised that it will be delivered in 48 hrs.
Had a pathetic experience in context to the promised time of delivery and a ultra bad experience talking to the trackon delivery branch incharge Sunil(9350018745)
Had sent a courier to Faridabad, the branch and the delivery address both falls in the same sector( i.e Faridabad sector-48). Still that scoundrel, crook Sunil said thats its outside delivery limit and shipments in this area gets delivered only once in a week.
Further more the crook speaks so rudely, that the asshole should be kicked off the service.
its almost 5 days and the delivery havent reached yet.
Cons:
Ultra poor pathetic service
No Proper customer support - updates only when you call and ask for the status
Branch incharge(Sunil - Faridabad) very rude and Liar
