I have sent one suit worth Rs 3200/- and its lost. Staff is abusive and uncooperative. concerned Lady head Office Vandana Mehta Refuse to come on phone to confront situation.
I have been asked to get in touch with Booking Branch Dwarka. They say courier people you have handed over to us already owe us money and are no more with us. When I asked reimbursement or my parcel I have been given following answers by their branches;
" KHud aa ke dhoond le apna parcel mujhse pooch ke bheja tha tune"
"Time nahi hain tere parcel dhoondta rahoo"
" jahan se book kiya tha wahin se lo ana parcel"
No response on emails . I wonder how people still use them. My request please avoid them at every cost.
Useless and Fraud services. There is no one who can hear or work on your problems in the Trackon. So I have decided to sue them Nice and Proper.
