Trackon. Review on Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd

Trackon! The name which is going to be blacklisted by our company this company have some real ain shimla branch and they also have some in head brand also 5 days back my supplier unfortunately sent the courier with this company ( tracking number 1325548405) and they took 5days to ship the courier from Chandigarh to shimla, it's a5th day today and the courier is still undelivered and today morning I received call from the mobile number 9817643515 he arrogantly told me that we will not deliver this item to your doorstep you have to come to a specific place to collect the item. When I asked why? Then he told me we don't have service to the specific area and then I asked him if you don't have the service to this place then why you accepted the pin code at the time of the shipment? Then he told me he don't know if I doesn't come to that place then he going to return the item I said OK return it and now I am planning to legally prosecution this company and will make this company to pay for the losses due to the delay in delivery.
