You read it right! If there is an award for worlds worst service it should go to this company. And after I read all the earlier reviews I realised I am not the only one affected.
My friend booked the courier on 17th jan. From Delhi, It was Sunday so it started to move from Monday. 18th. On 20th 00:55 AM it reachesBangalore.next It takes 2 days to travel 150km to Mysore. And I see on tracking that the item has arrived in Mysore on 21 evening but no one calls. I looked for address on web and then there is no phone number. Somehow I got one number and no one picks it. On 22afternoon I visited the office no courier could be found there and they have no idea where it is. On website it doesn’t allow to register complaint if it is less than 72 hrs. Though 72hrs have passed. Website doesn’t allow to register complaint after office closure Hrs I am not sure how web is related to physical office. Overall I think they are trying to beat government offices work culture.
