I recently tried track on courier services. I sent a watch to my friend living in Mumbai as a birthday present.
So I courier the parcel on 1st October. I was told that the parcel will reach there within 7 working days.
But still there was no update on the courier. I dont know where my parcel is.
I have contacted track on customer service many times but they always respond that it is in transit.
So the courier was delivered today on 20th October. And when my friend received the courier he told me that
the watch glass was broken.
What all can we expect from track on.
