Toyota cust service does not respond even after 5 days to a complaint of overcharging and misleading by a dealer.
After having waited for 3 months for Toyota's inability to deliver the car my dealer calls and tells me to go ahead with loans etc. Exactly on the last day of delivery after all formalities were done my dealer tells me that I will have to pay Rs 30, 000 more. Why did they have to wait till the loan was processed?
Is it an indicator for things to expect? If this is the way dealers and customer service responds to a sale then how will it be when I have bought the car
