I have Toyota Etios Liva and purchased from Galaxy Toyota, New Delhi. Its built quality is extremely poor and takes lots of expenses opposite to the myth that Toyota cars has less maintenance. The dealer Galaxy Toyota, Motinagar, New Delhi always make inflated bills at periodic service and quality of the service is extremely poor. Today I give the car for service and they promised to pickup at 9am but they come aftee 11am and thereafter for four hours they have not assigned a service advisor inspite of many calls at their reception. The reception girls keeps on making me fool that we will assign advisor within 10 minutes but no avail. Afterall I have complaint to toyota head office thru email and telephonically. The girls at toyota centre are clever that they said our server is not working , so we will call you back. Toyota staff don't willing to accept the complaints. Then I emailed to them and received an automated reply. Toyota service is worst in the world and product built quality is too worst.
