Frustated using slow connections, I decided to go for DSL. But my decision became a nightmare for me very soon. I called the sales exe who told me only half of the things ( didn't tell me hidden costs). Only after paying the amount I came to know that I had to pay monthly voice charges ( Rs. 250/-) also which I won't be using. I applied for disconnection of voice channel aftr that. After a month my line went down & on enquiring from callcenter the sweet lady told me that since I had applied for disconnection of voice channel , the engineer wrongly disconnected the dsl or data channel also. It took 03 days to become live.
Only about few days back, the speed went down again. I constantly called the call center for around 12 days & then a gentleman came to my office who couldn't solve the problem. He left the place saying that the problem is from the backend. Again the guys took 03 days to resolve the problem.what else I can say about after sale service: it is Terrible
