I used to be a admirer of this place sometime before. Things are changed now.
Your appointment is never confirmed -If you go for spa after having confirmed appt and you come to know that they forgot to register your appointment. It happened with me TWICE.
Always ask to change time at last moment: Even if you have booked apt before a week or so, they will call you couple of hours before the apt and insist on changing time. They can give crap reasons like the spa therapist is on leave or so.
They used to have good therapist but all of them have left them. New staff is so pathetic. They know nothing about massages.
I have stopped going here now.
