We had booked a bedroom set from Total Mall Madiwalaon 15thApril 2010 and was told that the items will be delivered within 7 days, after 15 days they called and informed as they do not have the wardrobe we have ordered, will deliver the cot now and the wardrobe in next week, it was ok with us, Even after 10 days we did not receive any information from the management, later we had to call and walk in to the Mall create a big problem, and finally after one an half month they informed they are getting the items, when the same was delivered, it was found that the wardrobe was not the one we had ordered and they had delivered the side table which was a display piece, we told them to take it back, but the employees left the materials their and left and now the same wardrobe lies in pieces in my house. Not one has yet called us till date. We used to follow up with Mr Satish, the so called Manager of the Mall but now its almost3 months, the management is not ready to give the money back or deliver the items.
This is too much of harassment and mental torture, I don’t know what is going to happen to the money I have paid. Will I get back the money or the products which is booked.
My booking Number is 4111.
Is this what is called customer Experience, if it is then I do not recommend Total Mall to anyone, , , Pls stay away..
